      "Matthews-Seagraves.
      Miss Audrey Seagraves and John G. Matthews of New York were quietly married Thursday afternoon at five o'clock at the home of the bride's parents [Audrey's parents lived on Neeley Road, Columbia, Maury County, TN in 1920 and this wedding may have been in that home]. Rev. Dr. Steen officiated. Immediately after the ceremony the happy couple left on the evening train for New York city where Mr. Matthews has resided for several years. The bride is the attractive and accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Seagraves of Bigbyville, the groom was also a former resident of that section. The good wishes of a host of friends follow them." [3]
